Messuage or tenement where John Colmer (uncle of 2) now lives, and one close of ground called Saunders Moor containing 7 acres, Grove Close containing 4 acres, one other close lying to the lower end of Grove Close containing 7 acres, one close on the south side of Grove Close containing 3 acres, one close to the lower end thereof called Five Acres, all in the parish of Broadwindsor and all formerly part of a messuage and tenement called Cawcey now in the tenure of John Colmer, together with a third share of common of pasture on Blackdown Hill which as of right belongs to Cawcey.
