Declaration of trust (and counterpart)

Parties and property as in 14-17, which are recited

Now ES declares that he holds the property in trust to pay £100 a year to GN out of the income, over and above the reserved rent of £53 13s 4d, and to pay the residue (after deduction for expenses) to GN's sister Catharina Nevill for life and after her death to GN; on death of Catharina Nevill and GN, his youngest son George Henry Nevill is to receive the total rents and profits

Proviso enabling GN to revoke the trusts after death of Catharina Nevill and to make further appointments concerning the property

Covenants by ES to convey the property as GN may appoint and by GN to indemnity ES against costs
