¼ to sis. Sarah wife of John Brewster of Newark, cowkeeper.
¼ to sis. Helen wife of John Rimington.
¼ to children of late sis. Eliz. wife of Jas.
Cont of Newark, boat-owner, when 21.
¼ to sis. Mary wife of Sam. Fryer of Flintham, butcher, for life, then for children when 21, excluding d. Ann, already provided for.
2 messuages in Parliament Street, and 2 lately bought from John Whitehead in Lovers Lane, all in Newark, to trustees for sis. Ann Ferniough for life, then for sale and proceeds as personal estate.
