1. John Parry of Hinton gentleman and George Hayward of Walford House gentleman, executor - s of the will of Edward Thornes late of Wheatall in the parish of Condover gentleman deceased

2. John Stanier of Saint James's Esq

3. William Clayton of Wroxeter gentleman

Recital of indenture 25 December 1792 (S.R.O.1267/14) which by mesne assignments and ultimately by indenture of 14 June 1814 (S.R.O.1267/20) vested in Thornes Edward Thornes by will 3 November 1813 appointed the Rev. Robert Hesketh, John Parry and George Hayward executors. By codicil of 16 September 1816 he revoked the appointment of Hesketh. The testator died in May 1818 and the will with 2 codicils was proved PCC 10 September 1818

The £700 remains due

Consideration: £700 paid to the executors by Clayton
