Records relating to his appointment as Bishop of Singapore, 1941 - 1945, including memoranda, minutes, circulars and correspondence relating to the formation and activities of the Federation of Christian Churches in Malaya following the Japanese occupation of Malaya and prior to Wilson's own internment in Changi Gaol (April 1942 - February 1943); ts minutes of Chapter Meetings held in Sime Road internment camp (November 1944 - August 1945); miscellaneous papers relating to Christian doctrine and Christian work in Malaya (ca 1946 - 1947); and ms and ts personal correspondence (1941 - 1960), principally to Wilson, concerning his appointment as Bishop of Singapore, Church life in Singapore and elsewhere in the Far East, the experiences of internees in Changi Gaol and Sime Road camp and other associated subjects.
