The collection was deposited in the Chester City Record Office by Miss I. Davies, Leeswood Hall Cottage, Mold, Clwyd on 24 September 1976.

Administrative / biographical background

James Parry established a coachbuilding business in Union Walk in the early nineteenth century and the business later moved to Foregate Street. It closed c.1880-92.
