Will of Richd. How I.
Mortgages of 1and settled on late wife or her issues to be paid first. Bond entered into with brother-in-law Herman Hingsberg to Jos. Frame for £500 to be paid before other debts.
Bond to Joseph Freame for £140 to be ne.xt.
Debts to his sons to be next paid, including £3000 which he owed to Mariabella Briggins & which she bequeathed to them.
If there is anything left over after paying debts contracted since 1736 it is to be applied to make good the losses of those creditors who with great humanity & generosity discharged him at that date after he had been reduced to insolvency by his partnership with John Eccleston.
