John Forrester of Newport cordwainer and Mary his wife (lately Mary Barnfield of Wheaton Aston widow) TO Thomas Salt the younger of Newport ironmonger and William Boycott of Church Aston butcher
Consideration:- the barring of entail on property, and a bond in £200 for payment of £100 to Mary after her husband's death, into which he has entered with Salt and Boycott
Deed to lead uses of a fine to be levied on a messuage (formerly divided into 2) in the Middle Row, Newport (39½ ft x 23 ft), to use of John Forrester and heirs only; and covenant to surrender at the next manor court for Aston Parva or Church Aston a meadow called Sheperds meadow in that manor (purchased from Elizabeth Holebroke widow), to use of Forrester and heirs.
