Whereby he leaves his realty to Samuel [III] Vale (of Coventry, esq.), his executor, for sale (he receiving £100) so that the profits might sink into the personalty; Samuel [III] Vale will invest the rest of the personalty, paying one-quarter of the dividends to the testator's sister Mary Ann Inge for life with remainder to her children (applying a maximum of half of each infant's share towards its advancement) and one quarter each to his sisters Caroline Teale, E.T. Brisbane and Helen Rotherham likewise.
