Recites separate leases and releases of properties 1 and 2, 19 and 20 Nov 1804, from HN to Robert Walpole, Edward Walpole and George Maximilian Bethune for lives of George Henry Nevill, John Nevill, (now Viscount Nevill) and William Nevill, and separate declarations, 20 Nov 1804, that the properties should be held on trust for George Henry Nevill for life, then on such trusts as HN might appoint, and in default of such appointment on trusts therein mentioned.

Also recites lease and release and declaration of trust concerning property 3, 23 and 24 Mar 1821 (29-30 and 31).

Also recites lease and release of property 4, 23 and 24 Mar 1821, HN to Robert Walpole, Edward Walpole and Daniel Rowland for lives of George Henry Nevill and his wife Caroline and John Viscount Nevill (then John Nevill) and declaration, 24 Mar 1821, that the property should be held on trust to pay a life annuity of £350 to George Henry and Caroline Nevill and the survivor of them, then on such trusts as HN might appoint, and in default of such appointment on trusts therein mentioned

Now the Earl appoints that after death of George Henry Nevill, properties 1, 2 and 3 shall be surrendered to the person entitled to the reversion for the time being, and that meanwhile they shall be held in trust for HN for life, then in trust for the person next entitled to the Abergavenny settled estates. The same appointment is made in respect of property 4 after the death of George Henry and Caroline Nevill and without prejudice to the payment of the life annuity.

Provisos enabling the trustees to use any part of the rents and profits of the said properties for insurance, repairs and improvements, and enabling the Earl to revoke the present appointment
