2. Construction of a wharf or quay at the termination of line No. 1 on the bank of the River Nene, at Benwick.
3. Diversion of footpaths at Silvertown Station, in the parish of West Ham, and at Chadwell Heath in the parish of Ilford (both in the co. of Essex.)
4. Additional lands at:-
- (a) Dovercourt Station in the parish of St. Nicholas, Harwich (co. Essex).
- (b) Brightlingsea Station in the co. Essex.
- (c) Wood Street Station, in the parish of St. Mary, Walthamstow (co, Essex).
