Roll containing - 1. An Attachment against Adam le Parker and John de Hassall for the seizure of a heifer belonging to Amice daughter of Ralph Mayor at Budgemere Ao & Edw. I. 2. An Assize to ascertain whether John Frend of Hunsterton uncle of Simon son of Thomas Frend was at the time of his decease seized of the 6th part of a Mill and of 200 acres of pasture in Hunsterton, Ao 7. Edw. III. 3. Edmund de la Mare and Henry de Hoghton summoned to shew wherefore they seized the cattle of Ralph Frend at Hunsterton in the Manor of Kinderton. They alleged that they seized them as a custom due to the Lord upon the entry of every new tenant. Verdict against them.
