Administrative / biographical background

Mr. T. A. Clarke was appointed as an ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon in 1928 and retired in 1964.

He left temporarily to serve in World War II, during which time Mr. Oxley [see MH/T4/Kc 6] took over ENT work.
