Witnesses of sealing and delivery (endorsed); W. Nettleship, Grocers Hall, London.

Counterpart of Lease (marked outside "term expired") for 21 years at £21 per annum, from 25 March 1817, with conditions debarring sub-letting, trade, and speifying painting outside every 3 years and inside every 7 years. A coach-house & 4-stall stable, in the mews near adjoining to Mays Buildings, Crooms Hill, Greenwich, Kent, and the use of pump there, formerly occupied by William Panter the elder, and now by James Hilton.
