Description

Release from John Ferrers of Fiddington, co. Gloucester gent. to Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton esq. and Edward Ferrers esq. son and heir of the said Henry of an annuity of £10 together with the deed relating to the same. Consideration: £100.

Circular seal of red wax on tag. ¾ in. A double headed eagle displayed. Seal strengthened on reverse with a later application of red wax impressed with ?an early 19th century coin.

Witnesses endorsed: Rich: Yardley; John Yardley; Clement Medely; William Stretford; the mark of Edwin Clerke, joyner at Warr'.

Consideration altered from £120 to £100.
