Part of footpath from the road between Hayters Gate and the Windmill on Aldington Freight, running south-west over the common called Aldington Freight, over inclosed lands of Elizabeth Hooker and Sackville, Earl of Thanet, to a stile at south-west boundary of lands of Earl of Thanet, where it joins a footpath to Bonnington Church, 589 yards, to be stopped up, as unnecessary.
Order: at the sign of the Walnut Tree, Aldington, 4 August 1820, with plan (scale: 32 ins. to mile) surveyed by George Quested, Littlebourne, December 1820.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 9 January 1821.
