Description

a 28th May 1924. Signed and sealed copy of a resolution at a meeting of the Council concerning the substitution of a public highway for part of a footpath leading from the junction of the continuation of Selkirk Road in a northerly direction with Park Road, and proceeding thence in a west-north-westerly direction across the Curzon Park Estate.....

b 2nd June 1924. Consent of the Mayor, Aldermen and Citizens of the City and County of the City of Chester for a new public highway to be made through their lands, as shown on the plan attached. Signatures: Chas. P. Cockrill Mayor; J.F. Dickson, Town Clerk. Seal: Common Seal, applied.

c 3rd June 1924. Directions by Justices to affix and insert notices.

d 30th June 1924. Certificate of the Justices re the proposed new public highway; enclosing proofs Exhibited to them: "A" Copy notice of application at the next quarter Sessions for diverting the footpath and substituting a highway. Signed: J.H. Dickson, Town Clerk, 7th June 1924: "B" Declaration made and signed on 30th June 1924, by J. Buckley, draughtsman employed by Chester Corporation, of the affixing and insertion of notices; with Notice by the Town Clerk, dated 7th June, and copies of the "Chester Chronicle" of 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th June 1924 containing notices: "C" Declaration made and signed on 30th June 1924, by Charles Greenwood, Surveyor of the City and County of the City of Chester, verifying the plan attached; Plan
