1. Widening of line form Ely Dock junction to Barraway Siding, (G.E.R. line, Ely to Newmarket)
2. Widening and improvement of main Cambridge line between Sawston and Whittlesford and Sawston siding.
3. Additional lands at Oakington, Padnal siding at Prickwillow in the parish of Ely Trinity, land at Chatteris (all in the co. Cambridgeshire)

1. Ely St. Mary, Ely Trinity, Soham (all co. Cambridgeshire)
2. Whittlesford and Sawston (both co. Cambridgeshire)
Comprising:
