2. Richard Wild of Nobold Common, Meole Brace, collier.
All veins and seams of coal under several cottages and parcels of land in the township of Nobold in Meole Brace (Eliz. Edwards, widow, Eliz. Jones, widow and William Jones) and under waste adjoining on each side to the tunpike road from Shrewsbury to Longden, from the boundary line of the parish of Meole Brace to the uppermost end of the said garden, and under a cottage and crofts in Nobold (Rd Wild) and under pieces called the Common Piece in Nobold (Rd Wild); a piece - the Brookfield, in Nobold (Jeremiah Hotchkiss).
For 21 years, paying 1/6 to John Bather snr. per stack (5ft square and 2½ high) for coal frum under the cottages, road and common, and for coal from the common piece and Brookfield to John Bather jnr. 1/6 per stack.
