Sworn statements by Ezekiel Collins, mariner, and Richard Oxnam of Penzance, merchant, concerning the ship Nancy, carrying 10 tons of salt from Bristol to Penzance, which sank in a storm off the Welsh coast in September, 1775, Ezekiel Collins being the only survivor.

Appeal of Sennen against order dated 3 Aug. 1775 for the removal of Sarah Pitts from St Just in Penwith to Sennen: held over.

Complaint by Lanhydrock that Henry Harris of Altarnun, mason, ought to contribute towards the maintenance of his parents, Francis Harris and his wife: complaint upheld, and Henry Harris ordered to contribute 6d. per week.

Appeal of Philip Retallack of Ruanlanyhorne against bastardy order, dated 20 Sep. 1775, concerning Philippa, the child of Mary Collett of Veryan, born 28 June 1775: order quashed for insufficiency, but Retallack to remain in custody.

William Farnham of Launceston, gent., and John Luckes of Camelford, innkeeper, to be discharged from their estreats, resulting from the non-appearance of John Pearce at the last sessions to answer in bastardy: their recognizances for Pearce's appearance to be continued over to next sessions.

Hezekiah Bont of St Columb Major, yeoman; pleaded guilty to assault: fined 6d.

James Read, surgeon, Charles Townsend and John Levis, all of Bodmin; pleaded guilty to misdemeanour: fined 6d. each.

Appeal by St Issey against order dated 4 Sep. 1775 for the removal of Richard Congdon and wife, Honour, from St Allen to St Issey: after consideration of Congdon's occupation of part of Keast's Tenement in St Allen, and his assessment for local taxes, the order was confirmed.

Benjamin Hocken and Hugh Bennetts, both of St Just in Penwith, tinners: to be discharged from their estreats, incurred by the failure of Cordelia, wife of William Roberts, to appear at Easter sessions.

Presentments against St Kew, Sancreed and Constantine: to be held over.

Tamarstone bridge, Launcells and Guddick bridge, St Breock, having been presented, to be regarded as county bridges.

Surveyor to spend up to £25 to repair Guddick bridge, up to £100 on Tamarstone.

John, son of William Jenkyn of Perranzabuloe; convicted of assault on John Richards: fined 6d.
