(a) Francis Neale of Pagham, gent.; (b) Mary Sharp of Horsham, spinster; (c) George Sharp of Hardham, gent., and Samuel Sharp of Chilworth, nr. Guildford, co. Surrey, gent.
(c) agree to stand possessed, upon trust, of £640 stock in East Indian Railway Company, £525 stock in South Western Railway Company and £350 Consolidated three per cent. Bank Annuities, transferred to them by (b).
Endorsed, 7 June 1878, with appointment of Hugh Penfold, jnr., of Birdham farmer, as trustee in the stead of the late George Sharp, dec'd., and 19 May 1886, with appointment of Francis John Neale of Lidsey Lodge, Bognor (a son of Francis and Mary Neale) as trustee in the stead of the late Samuel Sharp, dec'd.
With account, 11 Jan. 1893, of the personal property to which Marian, Francis, John and Herbert Neale succeed on the death of Mary Neale, and attached memorandum, 16 Jan. 1893, of Legacy and Succession Duty Office, Somerset House, that an entry of the above settlement has been made under the heading Neale, dec'd.
