1. John Crane of High Habberley, Kidderminster, gentleman and Henry Crane of Halls Barn, Kidderminster, gentleman, surviving devisees in trust and executors of the will of Thomas Crane late of High Habberley esq deceased

2. Edward Crane of Borley in the parish of Ombersley gentleman, Henry Crane of Oakhampton in the parish of Clotley co Worcs gentleman, Henry Crane of Halls Barn (executors of the will of Edward Wheeler Crane late of Low Habberley, Kidderminster, gentleman deceased)

Recital of deed poll of Thomas Crane, 9 June 1820 declaring that £8000 of the money belonged to Edward Wheeler Crane

William Childe died February 1824 and Thomas Crane on 15 December 1824 leaving a will dated 1 May 1823 devising property to Edward Wheeler Crane, John Crane and Henry Crane of Halls Barn in trust - proved PCC

Release of a messuage and farm called Westons, the Homestall of Westons farm comprising the messuage, barns, stables gardens foldyard and rickyard (1.1.39(the Lane or Foredraft adjoining (0.1.5), the Horse Piece (5.2.12), the Cow Pasture (10.2.37), the Crab Tree Piece with the rough (9.0.0), the Bridge Leasow (7.1.7)

The Meadow (8.1.28), the Little Meadow (1.3.15), the Rear Leasow with the site of a cottage and buildings (6.1.23), the Hall closes (8.3.2), the Far Leys (9.1.37) the Upper Gorsty Piece (8.2.15), the Lower Gorsty Piece (7.0.18), the Parks (21.3.4), another piece of land called the Parks, then divided into 3 parts (78.2.6) - total 185.1.38, in the parish of Cleobury Mortimer otherwise Mortimer Cleobury (Thomas Yapp or undertenant) to uses as in release of 22 January 1807

Recital of E.W.Crane's will, 28 August 1838. After disposing of some real and personal estate and leaving an annuity of £50 to his cousin Thomas Crane of Wolverley for his life (as by will of the testator's late uncle Edward Crane of Harcott to whom the testator was surviving executor) gave the remainder equally to his sons Edward Crane and Henry Crane of Oakhampton and appointed them with their cousin Henry Crane of Halls Barn executors. Will proved PCC 23 June 1840. The residuary legatees have requested the executors of Thomas Crane's will to assign the £8000 still due to them
