Folios 158-159. Letter from George Warner, Surveyor of Highways for Brisley parish in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board, in reply to their letter on 9 March 1885 in respect of the auditors report of a discrepancy between his rate as highway surveyor for Brisley and the valuation list for that parish. He outlines the errors discovered following his examination of the rate. He apologises for these errors but adds that he is not surveyor for the current year.
