Arrangement

Where possible the records have been sorted and listed according to their provenance; that is, by the name of the client (see sections I and III). A large proportion, however, were recovered from the floor of the office, loose or in unlabelled or incomplete parcels. These have been sorted and listed by type of document (see section II).

The records are mostly listed by bundle. There may, particularly in the case of correspondence, be a very large number of items in each bundle.
