Recites final concord of Trinity Term, 1571 (see fo. 38r-43r) and recites and confirms indenture dated 16 June 1571 between (a) Gregory Fynes and Anne, his w.; (b) Henry Norreys and Margery, his w.; (c) Sampson Lennard, gent. and Margaret, his w.; (d) Roger Manwood, Ralph Scrope. esq. and Roger Corham, gent. The uses expressed in this are confirmed as follows: Premises I are to be to the use of Gregory and Anne and their heirs in perpetuity. Premises II to the use of Gregory for life. remainder to Anne for life, remainder to their male heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Gregory. Premises III to Gregory for life, remainder to the male heirs of himself and Anne, remainder to his right heirs. Premises IV which in the recited indenture had been to the use of Mary Dacre (now dec'd) are to be to Gregory and Anne and their heir perpetuity. Premises V also to the use of Mary Dacre in the recited indenture, and now settled on Gregory and the male heirs of himself and Anne, remainder to his right heirs.
Recites indenture of 11 July 1571 (see fos. 47r-48r) and indenture of 12 July 1571 (see fos. 45v-46v).
Also grants premises VI which represent the lands which were the inheritance of Thomas Dacre, the great grandfather, to Gregory and Anne and their heirs in perpetuity.
