Description (What the record is about)
-
These documents were originally added to the Trafalgar Medal file in a separate packet, the original yellow paper wrapper of which still survives (1). Under Matthew Robinson Boulton’s scheme of arrangement, that file was placed in Box I. III, but soon afterwards these documents were removed and placed in Box H. II. They have therefore been treated as a separate file.
Correspondence on the same subject will also be found among the Private Correspondence, 1814. Note that the island of Ivica is now more usually known by its Spanish name, Ibiza. -
