Drafts have been prepared for the conveyance of Staunton and Donington, and deeds searched for the Staunton title.
Mr. Thomas Hill has given Dicken orders to proceed against Cotton, to out him of possession at Haston, and to get him arrested upon an attachment out of Chancery for not appearing to the bill filed against him.
Mr. Smitheman wishes to sell his moiety of lands in Staunton for £300. They are not improveable, being let at £23 p.a., a full outside rent.
