Agreement between Robert Knight of Barrels esq. and Edward Cooper of Henley-in-Arden land agent for lease to the latter of a farm called Henley farm with the Tenter closes, Fosters and Shreeves closes with the farmhouse, offices and premises consisting of 11 closes of arable and 13 closes of meadow and pasture containing 165a. 2r. 3p., to hold from March 25th last past for one year and thereafter from year to year, paying £252.14s.0d., the tenant paying all rates and certain annual payments (scheduled), including 6s. chief rents to Captain Musgrave.
