Grant by Theobald Walter, son of Hubert Walter, to the abbey of Wirisvalle (sic), of all his "haia" of Wirisvalle, for building there an abbey of the Cistercian order, who shall come from the house of Furness; the said abbey to be a daughter of Furness for ever.
