Description

Report concerning the purchase of the above lessee's interest in land situated in the parish of Fulham, county of Middlesex subject to an under lease held by the above sub-lessee for a term of 99 years. However, the Ecclesiastical Commissioners have power under the covenants of the lease to take possession of the property demised, if for building purposes, giving the sub-lessee six month notice. Contains annotations.
