(1) Rob. Thos. Head of Exeter, gent., and Edw. Lambert of Chancery Lane, Mddx., gent; (2) Jn. Lockhart Syms of Furnival's Inn, Mddx., gent; (3) Sir. Thos. Dyke Acland of Killerton, Devon; Edw. Divett of Bystock, Devon and Sam. Trehawke Kekewich of Peamore, Devon, esq.
Recites: Joseph Thos. Treffry, partly under powers of Act of Parliament and partly without authority purchased lands for railway through St. Columb Minor, Colan, St. Columb Major, St. Dennis and Newlyn East; he died 1850
Treffry Estate Act, 1853, vested estates in Jas. Hen. Meredith, who in 1855 mortgaged Newquay railway lands
Newquay Railway Act, 1857;
