Richd. How II (Leipzig) to Richd How I (London) Glad to hear he is favourable towards the invention. The inventors send him power of attorney to procure a patent agree that he shall have ¼ of the profits. T.T. imagines the advantage would be very extraordinary, especially if one could get an act of parliament for sowing the fallow fields & for inclosures, as else he cannot see what the patent would do .... It might not be amiss if it succeed, to get as much land as one could either purchase or rent at the former price & either to take a lease of the tithes & glebe lands oneself or employ some other person to do it Suggests useful contacts in Parliament.
