Particulars and conditions of sale and schedule of property and land in Wymington, to be sold by auction by Berry Bros and Bagshaw at the Royal Hotel, Kettering on July 17th 1925 viz:
(a) Licensed Property know as "The New Inn" with five enclosures of land fronting Podington Road (35.396a) and arable and dairy land with a strip of Woodland known as "Debden" near Sharnbrook Tunnel containing 59a 2r 26p in occupation of Thomas Desborough.
(b) Small holding known as "Whitlands Farm" near Sharnbrook Summit and adjoining LMS main line with range of farm premises containing 59a 2r 23p in occupation of Thomas Desborough.
General remarks note that the New Inn is the only free house in the locality.
