24 horse power crank engine, with 25 ¼ inch cylinder, 6 foot stroke [?], parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.

Reverse plan and sections of the engine and boiler houses and boilers. All the drawings bear letter codes.

Original Portfolio or 'Book' No. 579. Catalogue of Old Engines p. 78.

For Duffys Byrne & Hamill. Calico dyeing and printing works, Ball's Bridge, Dublin. This engine powered dyeing apparatus supplied by Boulton Watt & Co. - see Portfolio 5/394c below.
