Particulars and conditions of sale of property and land at Moor End, Radwell, Felmersham to be sold by auction by G C Walker and Co at the Swan Hotel, Bedford on December 10th 1921 viz:
(a) Two cottages with earth closets and gardens (1r24p) in occupation of Samuel Barker and Samuel Hulatt; with well but subject to occupiers of (f) having access to it.
(b) Pasture land (OS 100) containing 2a 1r 21p with pond and timber trees and with vacant possession.
(c) Garden ground (OS 51) containing 1r 23p in occupation of Samuel Hulatt.
(d) Pasture land (OS 102) with timber containing 3a 3r 33p.
(e) Arable land (OS 111) believed to have bed of gravel underneath being partly excavated by the Railway Company,containing 4a 0r 12p.
(f) Two cottages with barn and large gardens (3r 4p) in occupation of George Emerton and John Whitworth.
Conditions of sale derive title from will of 9th February 1892.
