Deeds of cottage and garden on the Bristol Bridgwater Turnpike in Barrow Gurney (tithe nos.157, 158), enclosed from the waste by Sam. Cox, sold by his grandsons Geo. and Chas. Cox to Wm. Tripp (1882), mortgaged and finally conveyed to Geo. Tripp (1893), remortgaged and sold to H.M.Gibbs (1907).
Includes papers relating to claims of J.H.Blagrave on property as Lord of Barrow, forms for succession duty on premises on deaths of Wm. and Mary Ann Tripp (1893) and abstracts of title [1882-93] 1893, and [1893-1905] 1907.
