I understand that Mr Ashley, at very short notice, arranged for Mr J Braiden, of London Road Depot to go to Paris to repair Mr TH Wisdom's car which is en route to Lisbon to take part in the Monte carlo rally. I am, therefore, seeking your approval for the following expenditure which has already been incurred. Return air ticket London/Paris £16 Subsistence allowance 5 days at £5 a day £25 Commission, stamp duty etc £17s 6d AS/E.T.29
