For a certain sum of money paid by 2), 1) bargains and sells to 2): Three oxgangs of land, arable meadow and pasture, in the fields and territories of Middleton and ciplingcoate late in the tenure of 1) and now in the tenure of 2), 2 oxgangs of which are called stokes land.
Rent: to be paid yearly to Richard Manby of Middleton gent.; for the 2 oxgangs, 2s. and for the other oxgang, 8s.
