Grant indented by Robert Burdett of Bromcott, esq., to John Fetherston of Bewsall, yeoman, for £340, of a messuage in Packewoode called Fetherstonhowse and a close called Crofte att the Yate, Great meadowe, Litle Grove field, the Wheatfield, the Middle field, the Lanefield, the Ould Grove and the messuage late Emme alias Emmat Palmer, widow, in Packwood with the Homefield and Pittfield.

Signed and sealed by Robert Burdett.

Seal of red wax, oval: on a wreath a lion's head arased.

Witnesses: Richard Fenys, Edw. Aglionby, John Barwell, Thomas Ichener, William Hopkines, Peter Pott, Walter Coleman, William Baggbye, Geoff Fludd.
