Devises his mansion house of Burton and all other lands in Burton and Duncton, lands in Wollavington, lands called Kellsames in Petworth in the tenure of Elizabeth Page, wid., the Manor of Barlavington, his park and 'bewienett' with lands in Barlavington, Petworth, Woolavington, Waltham, Sutton. Fittleworth, Byworth, Coates or Egdean to his s. William and his male heirs, remainder to Edward Goringe and his male heirs. remainder to his cousin George Goringe and his male heirs, remainder to the right heirs of the testator.
Witnesses: Thomas Barnarde, Henry Pyper.
Note that the will was proved in P.C.C. on 14 May 1595.
