Description

In which Jane Barton and Ann Barton, the surviving Executrices of John Barton, for themselves and other creditors of the late John Christian Curwen Esq., sued Henry Curwen and Benjamin Thompson for money lent to the said JC Curwen deceased: blank form of statement of sum claimed, with forwarding letter from B and C Thompson, solicitors, Workington, to the Rev. Joseph Hudson (at Stanwix) concerning the Trustees of High Head Chapel's next move in the matter of "the £300 Bond"; this letter is on the form's page 3, letter dated at Workington
