Bargain and sale for natural affection (Sir Wilfrid Lawson of Isel, kt., to George Lawson his son) - freehold house and land at "Pryer Feild" p. Isel, with all .. garths ..; armorial seal and signature of Sir Wilfrid, 1657

Customary bargain and sale for £137 (John Borranskell of Deptford, Kent, sailor, nephew and heir of William Borranskell of Bankhead in Isel Old Park yeo. deceased, to James Satterthwaite of Cockermouth, saddler) - house and land at Bankhead (Manor of Isel), rent 11s. 8½d., 8d. greenhew, 8½d cow farm; no garths or tofts mentioned here, 1738

Customary bargain and sale for £210. 10s. 0d. (James Satterthwaite, as above, to John Sealby of Isel Old Park, yeo.) - same; recites the descent from William Borranscale, thence John Borranscale his heir, thence current vendor by purchase; conveys "all the Estate Tenantright Inheritance ..", to hold "for ever according to the custom of the said Manor"; armorial crest, 22 April 1752

Surrender by James Satterthwaite and admittance of John Sealby to the same (Manor of Isel: Old Park); specifies the boon days (1 day harrowing, 1 day shearing, 1 day mowing), 22 April 1752
