Loose sheet, correspondence between Mr J D Potter and the Hydrographic Department, discussing chart number 1001, and arranging for Mr Malby to always give notice when a chart, after being put 'under correction', is ready, as there was some confusion over chart titles, now attached to the back page of the attached blue A4 booklet, page 28.
