Title
Dorothy [Bussy] to Pippa [Philippa Strachey]
Date
c.17 Oct 1911
Description

Very bitter that they had to relinquish the idea of taking an unfurnished house for three months owing to the expense. A quarrel with Roger Fry because owing to him Simon's picture had not arrived in time for the opening of the Exhibition and would be put in for the second part. Simon will let it slide 'But it is certain dear Roger has been extremely uncivil, to say the least'. Sent from La Souco.
