Garths, Tofts Crofts Lands .. with the Tenant Right to the Woods and Underwoods .. to hold .. for ever according to the Custom of Tennantright had used and allowed of within the said Manor", 1731

Customary bargain and sale for £640 (John Fell of Isel Old Park, yeo., to Sir Gilfrid) - "Messuage or tenement at Colebeck called Colebeck Tenement in Old Park" in the Manor of Isel, rents and boon days as in 1751 deed above; also Green Close, described as above; also the Bassenthwaite Inclosure Allotment awarded in right of Green Close; "And all the Estate Tenant Right Inheritance ..."; no tofts or garths mentioned; armorial seal, 29 Nov. 1770
Bond re same (Fell to Sir Gilfrid) in £200 - reciting the refusal of John Fell "and most of the other Tenants of the said Manor" of Isel to pay the general fines levied by Sir John Mordaunt the present lord, leading to Sir John's present lawsuit against them, now proceeding in Chancery; this bond includes covenant by John Fell to leave behind "the two Bed Steeds in the Parlour and all Grates and other Articles that are Nail fast or Commonly taken to be a part of the said Messuage and Tenement (the Corner Cupboard excepted)"; and covenant not to remove any hay, straw, or manure, except for "Twenty Cart Loads of Hay"; armorial seal, 29 Nov. 1770
Surrender by John Fell and admittance of Sir Gilfrid - states that Sir John Mordaunt's fine of £20. 12s. 0d. is still due; fees in margin ("Manor of Isell Old Park"); at foot, "the Estate Colebeck ½d to [the] Purvey; Green Close ½ Boadle [to the Purvey]", 29 Nov. 1770
