Recital:- Will of Richard Garlick made 8 October 1790 and his subsequent death
Premises: all that messuage and tenement at Moss side, Preston Patrick, with barns, folds, orchards and gardens belonging and several closes called the Barn Close, the Well Haugh, the Moss, the Moss Parrock, Little Reakbank, the Far Bank, the Near Bank, the Close above, the Meadow Head, the Borrans, and the House Bank containing 34 acres customary measure; also several closes in Farleton called Little Acre and parts of Stockwood Acre and Meadow Close
