Lease and release by Thomas Towndrow of Brewhouse Yard in the parish of Lenton (co. Nottingham) hosier, son of Benjamin Towndrow, John Towndrow of Nottingham maltster (eldest son of Benjamin), and William Towndrow of Helpringham (co. Lincoln) husbandman (son of Benjamin), to Richard Towndrow of the Hay in the parish of Ashover maltster (son of Benjamin) of two third-parts of premises as in D37 M/T850. Consideration £240.
