Thomas Bowser, Lord Edward Clive (Governor of Madras), Lieut.-Col. J. Dalrymple, Jonathan Duncan (Governor of Bombay), Capt. James Achilles Kirkpatrick (Resident at Hyderabad), Lieut.-Col. William Kirkpatrick (Secretary, Bengal), Lieut.-Col. Hector Maclean, Alexander Orr (Deputy Adjutant-General), Col. William Palmer (Resident at Poona), R. Rickards (Secretary, Bombay), Lieut. C. Stewart, D. Vanderheyden (Agent to Governor-General at Benares), Col. Urban Vigors, Josiah Webbe (Secretary, Madras), Col.
