The Pilgrim Lodge, No. 238 was named and established in 1779 and met at the Mitre Tavern, Fleet Street, London. The lodge now meets at Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, London. This is one of the nineteen lodges that have the privilege of nominating a member each year for appointment by the Grand Master as a Grand Steward and is therefore known as a Red Apron Lodge. Pilgram Lodge works in the German Language.
