Description

(a) Alleyn Groome of Arundel, gent.; (b) John Morley of Arundel, gent., and Charles Groome of Steyning, gent.; (c) Mary Morley, spinster, dau. of the said John Morley.

(a) assigns to (b) the following property to hold upon trust for the residue of a term of 10,000 years, granted, 21 July 1601, from Sir Thomas Palmer of Angmering, Kt., to John Hewling of West Angmering, yeo:-

Tenement and 7a. land called Eylams; tenement and 7a. land called Bunns; tenement and half yardland late Seldens (7a.); all barns, buildings, outhouses, woods, etc., belonging; all at Hangleton in Angmering.

(a) conveys to (b), to hold upon trust:-

Barn, lands and pastures (20a.) in Lyminster and Littlehampton, in occ. of John Corney.
